How i can resolve Erectile dysfunction. I am not able to perform intercourse with my partner. In standing position I feel some better election when I go on bed in laying position erection finishes.kindly guide and advise me some ayurvedic things

Herbal remedies have been used in Ayurveda for centuries. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is renowned for its rejuvenating properties and ability to improve stamina and vitality. Try consuming a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bed. "Shatavari" and "Kapikacchu" (Mucuna pruriens) are other effective herbs that help vitalize the reproductive system. Always use these under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
