H. pylori infection along with corpus gastritis can be quite uncomfortable. According to Ayurveda, such conditions are often related to an imbalance of the Pitta dosha, affecting both the Agni (digestive fire) and leading to accumulation of ama (toxins). This imbalance can be address with a focused Ayurvedic approach.

First and foremost, the diet needs to be adjusted to pacify Pitta and enhance Agni. Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods. Try to include more Pitta-pacifying foods such as ripe bananas, melons, cucumber, and gourds. Cooked vegetables are gentler on your stomach; consider consuming them as soups. Ginger tea can be helpful for nausea and vomiting, but ensure it does not aggravate your condition further. Drink it in moderation.

Triphala can help to clear ama and improve digestion. A teaspoon of Triphala powder, taken with warm water before bed, may help regulate bowel movements and detoxify the digestive tract. Caution is needed here, as excessive use could irritate your condition further.

Incorporate routine practices like morning yoga or pranayama to reduce stress, which may worsen the symptoms of gastritis. Ensure to include calming practices like meditation to stabilize Vata, which is disturbed by chronic stressors.

Herbal supplements like Guduchi or amla are recommended for their role in enhancing digestion and immunity, but seeking advice from a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any new supplement is crucial.

An Ayurvedic practitoner can provide a personalized plan based on your specific doshic imbalance. Remember, any persistent or acute symptoms should warrant immediate medical attention. While these measures can help, it’s crucial to continue monitoring your condition under professional supervision to prevent complications. Addressing these issues properly with a comprehensive approach can lead to improvement, though the healing time varies greatly person to person — sometimes requiring several months of consistent care.

Addressing your H. pylori infection and corpus gastritis through the lens of Siddha-Ayurveda requires a comprehensive approach to balance your doshas, particularly focusing on reducing the aggravated Pitta and restoring your digestive fire, Agni. The aim is to alleviate symptoms, manage the infection, and enhance your digestive health.

Firstly, dietary modifications are crucial. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods as they can further irritate the gastric lining. Instead, opt for easily digestible foods like rice gruel with a pinch of rock salt and asafoetida, which can help in calming the stomach lining. Incorporate cooling herbs like coriander and fennel seeds, which can be boiled in water and consumed as a tea to soothe the stomach and reduce inflammation.

Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, can be included in your daily diet. Mix a small pinch with warm water and drink daily. Also consider Triphala, a classic Siddha-Ayurvedic formulation, to help support digestion and eliminate toxins—however, depending on your constitution, it should be used cautiously.

Address the sensation in your throat and vomiting by consuming Amla (Indian gooseberry) juice, which nourishes stomach tissues and can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. It aids in balancing Pitta and promotes healing. In addition, ensuring that you have regular meals and maintaining hydration is vital to counter the loss of appetite and thirst perception you’re experiencing.

In terms of timeframe, this typically varies with individual constitutions and adherence to the Ayurvedic regimen. Generally, notable improvement might be observed within 8-12 weeks if consistently following lifestyle and dietary changes. Nonetheless, H. pylori infections can sometimes necessitate medical interventions like antibiotics, so it’s important to continue consultations with your healthcare provider, particularly if symptoms persist or worsen.

To complement, gentle yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) can help in calming your mind and reducing stress, which plays a role in digestive health. Always balance the traditional remedies with modern medical treatment to address severe symptoms efficiently and comprehensively. If vomiting or your overall condition worsens, prompt medical intervention is advised.
