Addressing your complex set of issues requires a careful balance. Let's talk through them: First, the issue of diarrhea and weak digestion is common with Vata imbalance, which might be contributing to weight loss and low blood pressure (BP). Consuming kichari, a simple dish of rice and lentils (preferably mung dal) can be helpful. It's easy to digest and provides good nutrition. Add ghee to it to help improve agni (digestive fire). You could aim to consume it at least once a day. Your anxiety and autoimmune condition like scleroderma often stems from excess Vata dosha. To calm this, regular abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil might be comforting. It calms the nervous system and provides nourishment to the skin. Do this 2-3 times a week before showering or bathing. Also, practicing daily meditation can be beneficial. Even 10 minutes of deep breathing or simple meditation practices in the morning might ground you by easing anxiety. To address low BP, include salt in your diet but ensure it's balanced. Stay hydrated with electrolyte solutions or coconut water. Buttermilk with a pinch of rock salt and cumin can also stabilize BP levels, alleviate digestion issues. Due to your conditions and absence of allopathic medications, herbs like Ashwagandha or Shatavari could be particularly useful; however, consult with a local practitioner before adding herbs, especially given your autoimmune context, as wrong usage might be harmful. Engage in gentle yoga poses that do not strain but energize - such as Shavasana, Balasana (child's pose), they're excellent for calming the mind and helping with fatigue. It might be necessary to consult a healthcare provider to check your current vitamins and minerals levels to ensure you're not facing deficiencies, which often affects energy & mood levels. Always, approach diet and lifestyle changes cautiously considering your health profile. Finally, contact your doctor, if symptoms persist or worsen. Ayurveda can provide supportive care but isn't a substitute for necessary immediate medical intervention when required.
