is curd rice good for weight loss - #23920
I am trying to eat healthier lately, but with all the conflicting info out there, I’m kinda lost. My friend keeps saying that curd rice is good for weight loss, but I’m not sure if that's really true. I’ve read that it's light and has probiotics, which sounds great! But then I worry if eating rice, even with curd, would actually help in shedding pounds. I mean, I had it the other day and it felt really filling but, does that mean it’s making me gain weight instead? I've been struggling with my diet since my office moved to full-time remote and I seize every chance to snack, ugh! And also, my stomach isn’t as happy with heavy foods, but sometimes I still crave comfort meals. Can you shed some light on whether curd rice is good for weight loss? Should I just stick to it or avoid it? Like how much of it can I eat and still manage to lose some of the weight? Thanks!
