I am dealing with a lot of discomfort lately, and I'm starting to feel worried about it. A few months ago, I strained my back while lifting something heavy. At first, it was just sore, but now it's like this nagging ache that just won’t go away!!! I tried some over-the-counter pain relief stuff, but it barely helps. I heard about Sadvaidya Nirgundi Churna from a friend who swears by it for pain relief, especially for muscle and joint issues. I looked it up and found out that it's supposed to be great for inflammation, which is what I think I’m experiencing. I’ve also been feeling really stiff in the mornings and even my knees pop and crack. Not sure if that’s normal or what??
