I get severe back spasms.. very difficult to walk.. I have knee osteoarthritis also. 53 yrs old Teacher How can I strengthen my back? I was doing regular yoga.. need to stand for long hours. I take Bp and thyroid medication.. I want improve my health in general.

Nirgundi Taila Warm slightly and massage on the lower back for 10–15 minutes, twice daily. Optionally followed by hot fomentation (steam or warm cloth).
