It sounds like you're dealing with some persistent health issues, so let’s dive into it. The itchy bumps, also known as chronic hives, along with symptoms like sweating a lot and mild vertigo, could be linked to imbalances in your body's doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata. In Ayurveda, we aim to address such imbalances to bring relief and improve overall well-being. First things first, it would be wise to limit or avoid the triggers you've identified — dairy, coffee, and sweets. These items might be aggravating your condition due to their heating and sometimes, heavy nature. Instead, consider incorporating more cooling and soothing foods into your diet, such as cucumber, cilantro, and coconut water. These can help pacify Pitta and bring some calm to your symptoms. Another step you can take is to support your agni, or digestive fire, which if weakened, can contribute to toxicity in the body. Start your meals with a small piece of ginger sprinkled with a little salt 10 minutes before eating, it stimulates digestion. And really try chewing your food slowly, which aides digestion as well. For the itching, you might want to try some natural remedies like applying a paste of sandalwood and turmeric on affected areas. A cold compress dipped in chamomile or calendula tea can also relieve itching. Also, for sweating, ensure you stay hydrated with room-temperature water throughout the day. Practicing gentle yoga and regular meditation could help in reducing stress levels, which can exacerbate Vata imbalance. Simple poses like Shavasana (Corpse Pose) and deep breathing exercises can bring relaxation and calmness. It’s essential you have a regular sleep pattern too, aim for a consistent bedtime. Consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner is advisable to personalize treatments further, this ensures everything aligns with your unique constitution. But remember, if symptoms get worse or you sense something's not right, don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare professional for immediate help. Balancing your lifestyle with these steps may take some time and patience, but they can contribute significantly to managing your symptoms.
