Alright, let’s dig into this. Hirsuitism, menstrual irregularities, hair fall, acne, premature graying – sounds like there’s a complex interplay of your body’s doshas going on. Could be primarily influenced by excess Pitta and Vata. This can lead to imbalances, including what’s happening with your hormones. The goal here is to bring your doshas back into harmony and address the root causes.

Starting with diet, first thing, keep it simple and sattvic. Think lots of fresh fruits and veggies but reduce spicy, oily, and junk foods which can aggravate Pitta. Opt for cooling foods like cucumbers, gourd vegetables, and coconut water, and make sure to stay hydrated with warm (not cold!) water. You can add a dash of cumin to your water; it balances Agni and aids digestion.

Now getting into herbs, Shatavari and Ashwagandha are great allies. Shatavari is particularly helpful for balancing female hormones and improving menstrual cycles. Take it as a powder with warm milk at night. Ashwagandha helps with stress and can counter hair fall as well. Start slow, half a teaspoon daily, and observe how your body responds.

For hair health and graying, applying a bhringraj oil massage once a week can nourish the scalp and promote its strength. Leave it on for a couple of hours before washing. Do the same for your skin; use natural face packs with sandalwood powder and manjistha to soothe the acne-affected areas.

Clotting during your cycle might be related to Kapha congestion. A gentle castor oil massage on your lower abdomen could be beneficial in relieving any discomfort and promote balance – once a week should be good enough.

And about climax difficulties, I’d say, focus on stress reduction. Daily Abhyanga (self-massage) with sesame oil can be quite nurturing. Plus, practicing pranayama like alternate nostril breathing helps in calming the mind and alleviating stress.

But hey, don’t overdo it with self-treatment here. Always be on the lookout for how your body reacts, and work closely with an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor these approaches specifically to you.
