In Ayurveda, understanding your constitution or 'prakriti' is crucial to address the concerns you're facing. Given that you have been underweight for some time, it indicates a possible imbalance in Vata dosha, which leads to bodily tissue depletion, including dhatus (tissues) that constitute breast size. First, nourishing your body with the right foods is essential. A nourishing diet can help restore balance, promote tissue growth, and improve overall health. Include warm, cooked foods like soups, stews, and kitchari to help balance Vata. Foods rich in good fats like ghee, avocado, nuts and seed (like almonds and sesame seeds) can provide support for healthy weight gain and tissue nourishment. Shatavari, an Ayurvedic herb, might be particularly helpful. Known for its rejuvenative properties, it helps promote tissue growth and provides nourishment for the tissues. Consult an Ayurveda practitioner to determine appropriate dosage considering your body constitution. Creating a daily routine that allows for proper rest is another critical factor. Ensure that you get enough sleep, as this is when your body repairs and regenerates. Practicing gentle exercises such as yoga or brisk walking, about 30 minutes a day can help improve circulation and support natural weight gain. Abhyanga, or self-massage with warm sesame oil, can stimulate tissue expansion and is traditionally believed to enhance breast size. Performing this practice regularly might contribute to the restoration of breast tissue. However, it's important to note that imbalances like low body weight can take time to correct. Patience is key. Given your kidney condition, which although not causing current issues, it's essential to ensure that any herbal remedy you consider doesn't put undue strain on kidney functions. Therefore regular consultations with your healthcare provider are recommend, to safely integrate Ayurveda into your care routine. If you encounter health or nutritional concerns beyond this natural approach, consulting a healthcare professional is of utmost importance for a multidisciplinary perspective.
