Thank you for sharing your concern I understand how confusing and unsettling, it can feel when your monthly cycle is disturbed, especially when accompanied by bloating and unusual abdominal sensations Let me explain your symptoms from an Ayurvedic point of you and guide you gently towards balance According to Ayurveda, a healthy and a regular menstrual cycle is a sign of balanced DOSHAS especially VATA and PITTA and good reproductive health. In your case, the absence of periods for six months with a feeling of fullness and why is discharge indicates an imbalance primarily in APANA VATA-type of VATA that governs downward movement including menstruation, elimination, and reproductive function When Apana vata gets obstructed or displaced , it can lead to a suppression of the natural flow of menstruation. The persistent bloating fullness and movable mass in the lower abdomen suggest accumulation of AMA(toxic, and digested material), possibly leading to granthi ( benign cystic formation) or yonigata gulma ( mass in the reproductive area) as per classical ayurvedic descriptions. The low whitish discharge ( Shweta Pradara) without pain or burning points to mild kapha aggravation, and a lack of proper Agni(digestive/metabolic fire) At your age and with no chronic illness, this condition is usually reversible with proper care Our focus will be to pacify vata, improve Agni, detoxify the system and gently stimulate menstrual function . This can be done through herbal support, Panchkarma detox dietary modification and Yogic practices For now, I recommend, avoiding cold, dry and heavy foods favour, warm light, and easily digestible meals Herbs like Asoka , shatavari lodges and dashamoola might be beneficial Gentle oil massage on the abdomen and lower back with BALA Thailam can help in correcting APANA VATA flow Meanwhile, I just want to tell you say that your not pregnant, but it’s better to confirm with the blood test like urine, pregnancy test, or ultrasound abdomen for confirmation

See pinki if you are sure that you are not pregnent. Please do not ignore the 6-month missed period and the abdominal mass. Go for: Pelvic ultrasound (transabdominal + transvaginal if possible) – to rule out cysts or fibroids Get Hormonal panel done. Go to a gynecologist for this. If you are already consulting a doctor, share the reports

History of amenorrhea since six months need to be ruled out properly, as you’re telling you’re not pregnant confirm with either urine pregnancy test or ultrasound scan, and you’re telling that there is a movable mass that should be evaluated first that also might be the reason for your ammenorrhoea, that might be cyst or any fibroid, meanwhile, check your CBC thyroid test accordingly, we can start medication after knowing the exact root cause for your amenorrhea

The absence of menstruation for six months, known as amenorrhea, can be concerning and requires careful attention. The presence of a movable mass in the lower abdomen and whitish discharge also needs further exploration. From an Ayurvedic perspective, these symptoms may indicate an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Vata, which can affect the reproductive system. First and foremost, it is critical to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions, as some serious issues might require immediate clinical intervention. From an Ayurvedic point of view, imbalance in Vata can lead to irregular periods, while Kapha imbalance might contribute to the sensation of bloating and the presence of whitish discharge. Here's how you can address these issues: 1. Diet: Focus on a Vata-pacifying diet which includes warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest. Incorporate herbs and spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric to aid digestion. Avoid cold, raw, and dry foods, as they aggravate Vata dosha. 2. Herbal remedies: Ashoka (Saraca indica) is an excellent herb for regulating menstrual cycles. You can take it in powder form, about 1 to 2 grams mixed in warm water, preferably in the morning for best results. Triphala can help in balancing digestion. 3. Daily Routine: Establish a regular routine, with set times for waking, sleeping, eating, and exercise. Regular yoga and pranayama can assist in maintaining balance and alleviating stress. 4. Ayurveda therapies: Abhyanga, or daily oil massage with warm sesame oil, can calm Vata dosha. Consider Shirodhara as well if stress is a contributing factor to your condition. These suggestions are aimed at addressing any imbalance, but remember any new symptoms or if your condition persists, further evaluation by healthcare provider is essential. Be observant, stay proactive, and ensure you take the best care of your holistic health.
