I usually go deep into patient history, n then plan out stuff like classical formulations or detoxes (Panchkarma mostly), sometimes Rasayan therapy if it’s really needed. I’m pretty comfortable with Nadi pariksha & Prakriti typing, but tbh I do check modern reports too when necessary—just to get full picture. Makes a lot more sense than doing just meds right? Like it becomes a whole thing. I also follow up quite close on my cases—checking how things are moving, tweaking the meds or therapies if required. Outside consults, I get involved in awareness events—sharing stuff on Ritucharya, Dincharya, or daily Ayurvedic hacks that ppl actually find useful. And yah, I also help with product ideas in clinic's herb lab...making sure we don’t lose the authentic touch in formulas, which matters lot these days.
