I am really curious about what is panchakarma in ayurveda because I've been struggling with some chronic issues for a while now. Like, I've had this persistent fatigue and a kinda mysterious digestive issue that just won't go away, ugh! My friend mentioned panchakarma as a possible solution, and honestly, I'm at that point where I'm willing to try anything. I read that panchakarma involves these detox processes and cleansing rituals, but I have no idea what that really means in practical terms. How does panchakarma actually work? I mean, will I be stuck at a clinic for weeks or something? What are the typical treatments involved, and like, are they scary? Also, I wonder—are there specific signs that someone should definitely go for panchakarma? I'm just really hoping this can help me feel better, but I don’t wanna waste my time and money if it’s not the right fit for me. Any insights would be super helpful! Thanks guys!!
