I am dealing with this back pain that just won't go away, and it’s really affecting my life... Like, I can’t even pick up my kids without wincing! Someone mentioned that **which is the best ayurvedic medicine for back pain**, and I’m curious if that could actually help. I do yoga, but it sometimes makes my back feel worse, ugh! I read that some herbs can work wonders, like maybe turmeric or ashwagandha? Has anyone had real success with an ayurvedic approach? My doc’s advice has been more about pain relief than actually fixing the root cause of the issue, you know? I’m open to suggestions but kinda lost here.
