I am feeling really confused about something that's been going on with my health lately. I recently saw a post about what is combo and it made me curious. A couple of months ago, I started feeling super fatigued all the time, like no matter how much I slept, I just couldn't shake off the tiredness. And then there's this weird thing with my digestion. It's like some days I'm fine and other days, well, let's just say I'm not. I had some tests done, but the doc just said everything looks normal. No clarity on why I’m feeling this way. Some friends are suggesting Ayurvedic solutions, and I keep coming across this term "combo". What's that all about? Is "combo" like a blend of different herbs or treatments? I just don’t know if I should try combining different remedies myself or if that might make things worse!?
