I am feeling really confused about this issue I’ve been dealing with. Lately, I’ve been hearing more and more about panchakarma therapy and its benefits, but honestly, I still don’t really get what it is! Like, I’ve read a few articles, but they don’t explain it well enough for me to actually understand how it works. Last week, I had a chat with a friend who swears by it for detoxing and claimed his chronic fatigue improved a lot after going through the entire process. I’ve got this persistent exhaustion and some digestion problems that could really use some help. I wonder, is panchakarma therapy just for serious conditions or could it help with less severe symptoms too? Is it something I can do at home, or do I need to go to a special clinic? Also, how many sessions are usually necessary to see any changes? Can anyone give me some clarity on what is panchakarma therapy really about and what to expect? Feeling kinda overwhelmed here!
