does curd has protein - #25238
I am really confused about this whole thing with curd! Like, I never thought about it much until my friend started telling me how important protein is in one's diet. Recently, I decided to take a closer look at my eating habits, and I kinda realized I eat a lot of curd. But now I am wonderin', does curd has protein? I’ve been feeling a bit tired lately, and I'm thinking that maybe I should boost my protein intake to feel better! I've seen some fancy posts on social media where people say, "curd is a good source of protein!" but then I come across other stuff that makes me think twice. Last week, I even looked at the nutrition labels in my fridge, and was puzzled because some had different protein levels. Should I be counting curd as a major source of protein in my meals or primarily looking at other things? And also, can curd help with digestion too? I mean, this whole protein thing feels a bit confusing, honestly. Thanks for any insights you can offer!
