I am really confused about how to eat brahmi leaves because I've read so much about their amazing benefits. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really stressed and lost my focus, and a friend recommended brahmi. I got these fresh leaves from a local market, but now I have no clue what to do with them! I tried chewing a few but they taste kinda bitter, and I’m not sure if that's the right way to take them. Should they be cooked, or is there a special way to prep them? Also, I read somewhere you can make like a tea or smoothie? But that just feels weird. Are there better recipes to use brahmi leaves? Like, do they really help with memory or is that just hype? I’m not looking for anything complicated, just some simple ideas on how to eat brahmi leaves that are easy and actually work would be awesome! Help agaltering soul out here, please!
