I am really curious about this herb called tulsi! I’ve heard so many things about it lately. A friend mentioned how tulsi helped her family during flu season, and honestly, I’m kinda struggling with some recurring colds myself. Like, every few weeks, it feels like I can't shake it off. I also read somewhere that tulsi can be great for stress relief and improving immune function, but the details are kinda fuzzy.
