Aapki condition sunkar lagta hai ki aap Vata imbalance se pareshaan hai, jo gas aur bloating ka kaaran ho sakta hai. Ayurveda me, digestion ko samjhna bahut zaroori hai. Sabse pehle, apni diet par dhyan dena hoga. Aapko aise khane se bachna chahiye jo Vata ko aur badhate hain, jaise ki beans, cabbage, cauliflower, aur carbonated drinks. Iske bajaye, aap sichhikagay ka sevan kijiye (cumin, fennel, ginger), yeh spices Vata ko shant karne aur digestion ko behtar banata hai.

Rosemary tea ya hing ka paani lene se bhi fayda ho sakta hai, yeh apki agni ko improve kar sakta hai aur gas ko release karne me madad karti hai.
