I am here feeling really confused about this whole health situation. A couple of weeks ago, I started to feel super tired all the time, like I could sleep for a week straight but wouldn’t feel rested. I also got a few colds back to back, which isn’t normal for me. After talking to a friend, they mentioned the Charak Immubuild Tablet. I never heard of it before, but I thought about giving it a shot since I read that it could help boost immunity. I looked up some stuff, and it seems like Charak Immubuild Tablet has natural ingredients that are supposed to help with immune support, but I’m not sure if it actually works? Like, do you think it's safe to take it with other things I have been on? I take some prescribed meds for anxiety and have tried other herbal supplements, but haven’t had much luck. Also, do any of you know if there are specific dosages for Charak Immubuild Tablet? Like, should I take one a day or more? I’m just kinda lost right now and feel pressured to figure it out because I have a family trip coming up, and I don’t want to be the sick one!
