I am feeling really confused and kind of desperate for answers right now. Lately, I’ve been dealing with some annoying digestive problems. It started with just feeling bloated all the time, then I got these weird cramps after I eat. I did some research and came across SNA Deepiakarasam which said it helps with digestion. I’m kind of thinking maybe this could help, but I’m not sure? I went to my doctor and they just told me to eat fiber or whatever but nothing's working! I even tried a few home remedies like ginger tea and warm water with lemon, but no relief. I keep hearing about how SNA Deepiakarasam works on building agni, or digestive fire (is that what it’s called?), but I’m not clear on how to use it. Do I need to take it every day, or is there a certain way to prepare it?? Also, is it okay to mix with other things? I really don’t wanna mess this up and make my gut issues worse! Anyone here tried it for similar problems? Like, what’s been your experience and does it really work? I honestly just want to feel normal again without all this bloating and pain!!
