I am really confused about my recent health issues. I got into Ayurveda a few months ago, and I've been trying a lot of different things, but nothing seems to be working. I’m not sure if it’s the food or the herbs, honestly. A friend mentioned Vaidyaratnam Madhu, and I looked it up, but I’m not clear on how it might help me. Last week, I went to a doc who said my digestion is all messed up and I feel bloated every time I eat. Sometimes I even get this weird aching in my stomach!! I tried some other remedies too but, like, they didn't really make a difference. I started taking some herbal supplements but they seemed kinda overwhelming & hard to stick to, ya know? Is Vaidyaratnam Madhu easier to use or more effective? I’ve read it helps with digestion, but is it really good for chronic issues? Has anyone here tried it for similar problems? Like, what can I expect from it? Should I take it with anything specific? I just wanna feel normal again! Just fed up with this constant discomfort and need some good advice. Thanks!!!
