I am really confused about something that’s been bothering me for a while now. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this awful heaviness in my chest like there’s just too much going on inside. I mean, I’m feeling fatigued and my digestion is awful—like, nothing seems to settle right after i eat! I went to the doctor and got some tests done, but everything came back normal. They said it could be stress, which might be true since I’ve had a lot on my plate lately. A friend mentioned Nagarjuna Kerapookkuladi Lehyam and how great it is for similar issues. I did some reading, but I'm unsure if it was just hype or actually effective. Have you all heard about it helping with feelings of heaviness and digestive issues? I’m kinda skeptical but also desperate! I hear it might even promote better overall health, but I don’t really know how or when to take it. Like, are there better times of day? Should i combine it with something else? Just looking for realistic experiences, ya know? Anyone had luck with Nagarjuna Kerapookkuladi Lehyam? Appreciate any help!
