I am kinda stressed out and need some advice. A couple weeks ago, I started feeling this constant heaviness in my chest, like it’s hard to take a full breath. I also have these weird digestive issues, bloating and all that, which isn't normal for me. I went to a regular doc, but they just said everything looks fine on the tests, which left me feeling pretty frustrated, ya know? A friend told me about Malabar Vayu Gulika and how it’s supposed to help with respiratory problems and support digestion or something like that. Honestly, I haven’t tried anything like that before.
