I am really confused and could use some advice. Recently, I’ve been dealing with this nagging digestive issue, like, I’ve tried everything but nothing has really worked. A friend recommended the Kerala Ayurveda Sukumaram Kwath Tablet and said it really helped him with his stomach problems, like bloating and that kinda stuff. I started taking the tablets about a week ago, and I'm not really sure if I'm noticing any improvements. Some days it feels like my digestion is stubborn and slow, and then other days it’s like a roller coaster! The other day, I totally forgot to take the tablets and, honestly, I felt even worse. It seems like I might need to commit to this for a while? I dunno... Have y'all had good results with the Kerala Ayurveda Sukumaram Kwath Tablet? Like, how long does it usually take to kick in? Is there a specific dosage that works best? And any tips on what to eat or avoid while taking these? Sometimes I feel lost in what’s healthy vs. what causes more issues!
