I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows. It started about 6 months ago, not too intense at first, just a little stiffness after sitting too long. But now, it's like a dull ache that just won't go away. I’ve tried ice and over-the-counter pain meds, but honestly, they haven’t helped much. I heard about Vaidyaratnam Arukaladi Thailam from a friend who said it really worked for her mom’s arthritis. I haven’t used any oils or pastes before, so I’m a bit hesitant about how to use it properly. Like, how much do I need to apply? Should I warm it up or put it on cold? And how often?
