I am really confused and need some advice. About a month ago, I was diagnosed with some digestive issues and been feeling really bloated and uncomfortable after meals. My friend suggested trying Rajah Ayurveda Sukumaram Kashayam, saying it worked wonders for her sister. I read a bit about it and sounds promising! But, I'm not sure how to even start using it. I tried looking up dosages and stuff, but there’s just so much info out there, ya know? Like, do I take it before meals or after? And should I be worried about any side effects? Sometimes I feel nauseous and just can’t tell if it’s from my condition or the stuff I’ve been taking.
