I am desperate for some advice! Lately, I’ve been feeling really low on energy and like my digestion is totally off. It’s like I can’t even enjoy my favorite foods anymore without feeling bloated or just plain sluggish. Last week, I think I ate something that didn’t sit right, cause I had this awful stomach ache and it lasted for days! My friend mentioned trying this stuff called Sri Sri Tattva Yashtimadhu Churna to help with digestion and energy levels, but I don’t know much about it. I read somewhere that it could help with improving these issues, but would it actually work for someone like me? I seriously can't keep living like this! I’ve tried different things, like herbs and even some teas, but nothing seems effective. My doctor ran some tests but said everything looked normal, which is just frustrating! Like, why do I feel so off then??? Any thoughts on how Sri Sri Tattva Yashtimadhu Churna could fit into my routine? Like, how much should I take and when? And does it actually taste alright? I’m a bit picky, so that matters too! Hoping you guys can help me out because I’m starting to feel kinda lost here. Thanks in advance!
