Oily, acne-prone skin can be challenging, especially with acne and facial hair. Ayurveda offers natural approaches, focusing on balancing doshas, the energies within our body. In your case, the imbalances of Kapha and Pitta doshas might be contributing to your skin concerns.

First, let’s address the acne and hyperpigmentation. Daily cleansing routines are essential, using natural Ayurvedic remedies. Try washing your face twice daily with a mixture of chickpea flour (besan) and turmeric; both have antibacterial properties. Mix absloutely equal parts of besan with a pinch of turmeric and water to form a paste, apply it gently, avoiding scrubbing too hard, and wash off with lukewarm water. Turmeric, in particular, helps reduce inflammation and can lighten pigmentation over time.

Diet is crucial in Ayurveda. Reduce intake of spicy, oily foods, instead, favoring cooling, light meals. Incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables. Consuming amla (Indian gooseberry) or neem capsules can help detoxify and maintain skin health internally by balancing Pitta dosha. Avoid excessive sugar and processed foods as they can aggravate acne.

For sebaceous filaments, you can occasionally steam your face. Herbal steam with medicinal herbs like neem leaves or tulsi can help unclog pores. Be cautious though, don’t oversteam as it can lead to skin irritation.

Facial hair might be linked to hormonal imbalances. Drinking spearmint tea could positively affect androgens levels, contributing to reduced facial hair over time. Ayurveda also emphasizes detoxification, so regular practice of yoga and pranayama can help balance hormones naturally.

Lastly, maintaining a consistent sleep cycle is crucial; aim for 7-8 hours a night to support your body’s natural repair processes. Ensure you’re well-hydrated – drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.

While these natural remedies can be beneficial, continued acne may require professional guidance, particularly for therapies that involve deeper hormonal analysis. Consulting an Ayurvedic doctor who can assess your prakriti and give a tailored regimen may prove indispensable.

For managing oily and acne-prone skin according to Siddha-Ayurvedic principles, focusing on balancing the doshas, especially Kapha and Pitta, could be helpful. These imbalances can increase the formation of oil and inflammation, leading to acne and related issues. Here are several steps you can consider incorporating into your routine:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Cut down on oily and spicy foods as they tend to exacerbate Pitta and Kapha. Focus on a diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Including bitter-tasting greens like neem or turmeric can also help reduce excess oil and inflammation.

2. Herbal Applications: Applying a paste made of turmeric and sandalwood powder mixed with rosewater can help reduce inflammation and clear pigmentation. Apply once daily, leaving it on for about 20 minutes before gently rinsing off with lukewarm water.

3. Facial Steaming: Use steam with neem or basil leaves once a week to open up pores and cleanse from within. This can help reduce sebaceous filaments and excess oil trapped in the pores.

4. Regular Cleansing: Use a gentle cleanser with neem or tea tree oil properties twice a day. This assists with controlling excess oil production without stripping skin of its natural moisture.

5. Avoid Overuse of Products: Limit the use of too many products that could irritate the skin and worsen acne. Choose non-comedogenic, lightweight products suited specifically for oily skin types.

6. Meditation and Yoga: Incorporate daily practices to reduce stress, which can significantly impact hormone levels and sebum production, often exacerbating acne issues.

For facial hair, ascertain it’s not linked to an underlying condition like PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which might need professional attention. If it persists, you may want to consult a dermatologist for potential treatment options. Always consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor this advice more specifically to your unique body constitution and current health status.
