Your condition suggests an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which governs metabolism and transformation in the body. Consuming spicy and oily foods can aggravate Pitta, leading to symptoms like cloudy urine and digestive disturbances. The cloudiness in urine might indicate an accumulation of ama (toxins) and excessive heat in the body.

Firstly, addressing your diet is essential. Minimize or avoid spicy, oily, and hot foods. These include hot peppers, fried food, and heavily spiced meals. Favor cooling, easily digestible foods like cucumbers, melons, grapes, leafy greens, and coconut water which help pacify Pitta. A regular meal schedule also supports balanced digestion.

Intentional hydration is important; consume plenty of room temperature or cool water throughout the day. Herbal teas such as fennel or coriander can also be beneficial in cooling the system. A tablespoon of aloe vera juice with water in the morning can soothe the urinary tract and help maintain balance.

For sexual health concerns, consider practicing rituals that balance Vata dosha, as well. Stress management techniques like pranayama (breathing exercises) or meditation can be beneficial. Additionally, Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb known for not only enhancing strength but also promoting sexual health.

In terms of medicine, Chandanadi Vati could be employed for its cooling properties, but consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner should be preferred before initiating any medication.

Spiritual and emotional practices can also be part of your approach. Emotional instability and control issues may not only affect your physical health but also your mental equilibrium. Incorporating mindfulness practices or yoga can provide both mental clarity and internal harmony, aiding in managing emotional disturbances.

If symptoms persist or worsen, or you’re experiencing severe discomfort, it’s critical to seek medical advice from a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions.

Cloudy urine experiencing, particularly in connection with spicy, oily, or hot foods, indicates imbalance often involving exacerbation of the pitta dosha. Pitta is associated with heat, metabolism, and transformation—overstimulation of which might lead to digestive issues and influence on sexual health. It is crucial to address both dietary habits and lifestyle.

Firstly, consider introducing a pitta-pacifying diet, which includes cooling, non-irritating foods. Favor fruits and vegetables with high water content, such as cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Avoid or reduce intake of spicy, oily, and excessively sour or salty dishes, as they can aggravate pitta and contribute to inflammation and cloudiness of urine.

Next, enhance your hydration with boiled and cooled water, infusing it with coriander seeds or mint leaves to naturally cool the system. Aim for regular urination without holding it in to avoid infection or aggravation of symptoms.

For sexual health and emotional control, herbs like Ashwagandha can be beneficial. It helps manage stress and supports overall rejuvenation. You might consider using it as a powder mixed with a small amount of milk or warm water before bedtime.

Don’t overlook your lifestyle; include regular routines like yoga and meditation to balance emotional health and reduce stress-induced pitta flare-ups. Abhyanga, the practice of self-massage using cooling oils like coconut, can help soothe tensions and balance doshas.

Ensure to consult a medical professional if symptoms persist or worsen, as it might indicate an underlying condition requiring more targeted treatment. Immediate attention may be necessary if you experience severe pain, blood in urine, or other alarming symptoms.
