Take cow’s ghee with warm milk. Also take Tablet livomyn 1-0-1 with water and food, will help improve digestion Light massage on scalp twice weekly with amla oil keep overnight and wash in the morning with Anti hairfall shampoo Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with water.
Taking ghee with warm water on an empty stomach can be quite beneficial in Ayurveda; however, the symptoms you’re experiencing, such as excessive gas and headaches, might indicate a dosha imbalance, possibly aggravating vata or pitta. Ghee can increase digestive heat, and when paired with maagni (digestive fire) issues, may cause bloating or headaches. To adjust, consider starting with a smaller amount of ghee and see if symptoms alleviate. Monitor your body’s response.
For stiffness and fibromyalgia, focus on a vata-calming regimen. This includes nourishing and warming foods, like cooked vegetables and grains, avoiding raw or cold foods, which can worsen symptoms. Sesame or moringa oil self-massage before a warm shower might ease stiffness.
Constipation can often result from vata imbalance, too. Continue using haritaki, but you might integrate triphala instead for balanced digestion. Taken with warm water before sleeping, triphala can help regularize bowel movements and supports detoxification.
Regarding hairfall and thinning, stress and pitta imbalance can contribute. Japa (hibiscus) or bhringraj oil massage for scalp may help nourish hair. Include cooling foods like cilantro and avoid overly spicy or acidic foods to balance pitta. Ashwagandha can assist to manage stress levels, adapting it to your daily routine could aid overall condition.
If symptoms persist, working with an ayurvedic practitioner’s an option. They can personalize treatments better suited to your unique constitution and dygnosis, providing comprehensive care. Monitoring reactions and gradually adapting the regimen to your needs may lead to effective symptom management.
Can you please suggest something for menopause issues also
It sounds like your body is responding to the ghee and haritaki, and this is causing the symptoms you’re experiencing. The excessive gas and headaches after consuming ghee with warm water on an empty stomach suggest that there might be an aggravation of your vata dosha, which can lead to these disturbances. Meanwhile, your fibromyalgia symptoms, hair thinning, and constipation need a more holistic approach to manage effectively.
Firstly, try to consume the ghee with warm milk instead of water. This can be soothing and help balance the vata dosha, potentially easing the gas issue. You might also consider taking a lesser amount initially—around half a teaspoonful—and observe how your body reacts. If the headache persists, it may be beneficial to avoid ghee on an empty stomach and instead have it later in the day with your meals.
For fibromyalgia and associated stiffness, including gentle exercises like yoga can improve flexibility gradually. A light daily oil massage (abhyanga) with warm sesame oil can also be beneficial, applying gentle pressure on the joints and muscles.
Regarding constipation, haritaki is usually effective, but if you’re still facing issues, drink warm water throughout the day and ensure your diet is rich in fiber. Incorporating nuts and seeds, such as flaxseeds, in your meals could help in enhancing your bowel movement.
For hair thinning, it’s crucial to look at your diet. Ensure a balance with all dhatus by consuming nourishing foods. You might want to consider including amla (Indian gooseberry) which is excellent for hair health and also balances pitta. Additionally, applying bhringraj oil to the scalp can support hair health.
Since fibromyalgia affects the whole body, addressing your sleep patterns, stress levels, and overall lifestyle will have a positive impact. Incorporate mindfulness practices or meditation to help manage stress, which can exacerbate symptoms.
Lastly, as each individual’s prakriti and condition is unique, if symptoms persist or worsen, considering a personalized consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner could provide more tailored advice.
