Issues during mastrubation and light pain at the inner part of tip of the penis. - #31447

actually i have a light pain at my penis that is at tip of the penis inside the urine passing i feel this pain while mastrubating at the bottom side of dick head and sometime rarely while peeing. what should i do to get ouut of it ? Is this effecting my sexual health?
