I am feeling really lost with my digestion issues, and I was hoping for some insights. Lately, I’ve been experiencing constant bloating and gas, like all the time! 🙁 I heard about these Himalaya Purim Tablets from a friend who swears by them. She said they really helped her with similar gut problems. I thought, hey, why not give it a shot, right? But I wanna know, are Himalaya Purim Tablets actually effective? I tried them for about a week but didn’t see much difference yet. Maybe I'm just impatient or my body needs more time to adjust? Also, what exactly do they do? Like, how are they supposed to help with digestion? I feel like I need a little more info before I stick with them or maybe try something else. In addition, I've been eating super clean, but it doesn't seem to help much either. Should I be changing my diet further while taking these Himalaya Purim Tablets?
