I am really struggling lately, and it’s been super frustrating. Just a few months back, my partner and I were, you know, pretty active, but now it feels like the passion has just vanished. I mean, I tried different stuff—taking herbs and even some of those supplements, but nothing seems to really work. I’m in my mid-30s and I don’t get why this is happening. I never thought I would be googling “how to increase libido in men,” but here I am! I feel kinda embarrassed, but honestly, I don’t know what to do. My energy levels are low too, and I’m not sure if it’s just stress from work or something else. At first, I thought maybe it was just a phase or maybe too much screen time or whatever, but it’s been months, right? 😕 I want to get back that spark, so I’m curious about any Ayurvedic methods or natural remedies. Can certain foods really help? What about lifestyle changes, like yoga or meditation?
