Gastritis means inflammation (swelling and irritation) of the king of your stomach Normally, the stomach has a mucus layer that protects it from strong digestive acids When this layer becomes thin or damaged, acid irritates the stomach wall- leading to -burning sensation or pain in the upper abdomen - nausea or vomiting - bloating , belchingor sour taste -poor appetite or feeling full quickly

In Ayurveda, this condition corresponds mainly to -AMLAPITTA= where the pitta dosa becomes aggravated, producing excess acid and heat in stomach

WHAT IS DILATED BOWEL? Dilated bowel means that part of your intestine has become stretched or enlarged due to -gas acccumulation - constipation or sluggish movement of stool -weak digestion or intestinal muscles - long standing acidity and poor dietary habits

In Ayurveda, this relates to an imbalance in vata dosha leading to -adhmana (bloating) and anaha (retention of gas/stool)

Lekin dailed bowel gastritis jaise specific condition me, sirf yeh tablet kaafi nahi ho sakta. Aapko samanya Ayurveda ke aadhar pe holistic approach leni hogi.

Sabse pehle, diet pe dhyan dena zaroori hai. Gastritis me, aapko aise bhojan seva karne chahiye jo sootavarth nahi karein. Jaise ki khatti cheezon, spicy food aur processed food se door rahe. Taza aur ghar ka bana khana jis men sabziya jise lauki, tori, palak shaamil ho, prefer karein. Aamti ya moong dal ka pani, light roti ya kabuli chane bhi labhdayak ho sakta hai. Zandu Zanacid Duo Tablet ko stomach ke acidity aur digestion-related problems ke liye istamaal hota hai. Ye tablet acidity, indigestion aur bloating ko kam karne me madad karta hai. Ye herbal ingredients ka hota hai jo pitta ko balance karta hai aur agni (digestive fire) ko improve karta hai.

Lekin aapki condition jo aap “dailid bowel gastritis” keh rahe hain, vo Thoda confuse karne wala lag raha hai. Ho sakta hai aap diverticular disease ya gastritis dono ko hint kar rahe ho. Gastritis ka matlab hai stomach lining pe swelling ya irritation hone se pain hota hai. Iss case mein kuch Ayurvedic sujhav dena chahunga:

1. Agni ko mejora karne ke liye, aap jeera (cumin) aur ajwain (carom seeds) ka pani le sakte hain. Ek chammach jeera aur ajwain ko ek glass paani mein ubalein, thoda cool hone do aur khana se pahle daily pi sakte hain.
