But till you meet a doctor please take the following: 1. Pilex tablets 2------0-----2 with medicine no.2 2. Abhayarishtam 20ml-----0------20 ml with equal amount of water after breakfast and after dinner 3. Bahusala Gulam 1 teaspoon at bed time with a cup of warm water. 4. Pilex ointment for application

Food- 1. Avoid spicy-sour-salty food completely 2. Hydrate yourself with 2 liters of boiled cooled water everyday

No pain but still bleeding usually means you have 1st or 2nd degree internal piles. These kinds respond really well to Ayurvedic medicine.

HOW AYURVEDA SEES IT

In Ayurveda, this is called Raktarsha.

The main reasons for it are: * Too much Pitta and messed-up Rakta, which causes bleeding. * An issue with Apana Vata, leading to bad bowel movements. * Mild constipation or hard poops that you might not even notice.

Good news: This doesn’t look like something that needs surgery right now

2.Nagkesar Churna: Take half a teaspoon twice a day. (Mix it with honey or cold water. This is the best medicine for bleeding piles.)

3.Triphala Churna: Take half a teaspoon at bedtime with warm water. (This will make your poop soft naturally (SUPER important).

EXTERNAL CARE (Local Care)

Pilex Ointment - Put this on the area at night. It helps you heal and stops irritation.

Sitz bath: Sit in warm water for 10–15 minutes every day. This helps reduce swelling in the veins

DIET PLAN (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BIT)

INCLUDE * Drink lots of warm water. * Eat green leafy veggies. * Have papaya every day. * Eat 5–7 soaked raisins (soak them overnight). * Drink buttermilk with roasted cumin.

AVOID * Spicy food * Fried food * Too much tea, coffee * Bakery items * Sitting on the toilet for too long * Pushing hard when you poop

TOILET HABITS (VERY IMPORTANT)

* Only go to the toilet when you really feel like it. * Don’t push hard. * Don’t sit for more than 5 minutes. * Try to go at the same time each day.

If the bleeding keeps going for more than 2 weeks, get your hemoglobin checked.

I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.
