●Heading: Coriander Seed Decoction Text: 20 grams of coriander seeds • Boil in 100 ml of water Cook until 1/4th of the liquid remains Consume twice a day ●Why is it beneficial? Balancing Vata and Pitta • Reduces uterine cramps • Relieves inflammation and pain Improves digestion, thereby reducing menstrual discomfort ●Additional Tips Drink it warm. Add celery and ginger juice if the pain is severe. Massage the abdomen with warm sesame oil. Gentle yoga poses like Paschimottanasana are beneficial.
