●Praval pishti 10gm ,kaharava posthi 10gm Giloy sat 10gm , mukta posthi 4gm Make 60 pakcs and take it 2 tims a day half hr before meals. ● Ashokarisht 450ml 4tsp + 4tsp water 2 tims a day after food ● Stri rasyaana vati 40gm 2-2 tabs 2 times a day after food
