Ayurvedic treatment options for oral lichen planus - #47354

Ayerveda treatment for oral lichen planus. I have mouth ulcer since 2024. Burning sensation in mouth since 2024. I us ointment corticosteroid like triamcinolone, tacrus, clobetasol, betnisol tablets in mouth. When eating candies the burning sensation arefeeling low.
