I understand your concern and what you are seeing on your teeth is tartar which forms when plaque is not removed properly for some time once tartar forms it becomes hard and sticks firmly to the tooth surface and that is why it feels permanent and slowly spreads from the back teeth to the front this is happening because brushing once a day is not enough and acidic drinks weaken the tooth surface making it easier for tartar to build up the important thing you must know is that tartar cannot be removed at home by brushing oils powders or scraping and trying home methods can damage enamel and gums the correct and safe way to remove it is professional dental scaling which is a simple painless cleaning done by a dentist especially in your case since there is no pain or bleeding once scaling is done you must brush twice daily use a soft brush clean gently near the gums and start flossing daily to prevent it from coming back rinse your mouth after acidic drinks and avoid brushing immediately after them from an ayurvedic perspective you can support gum health by gentle gum massage with triphala churna oil pulling with sesame or coconut oil and rinsing with triphala decoction but remember these help only after tartar is removed they will not remove existing deposits the good news is that you noticed this early and if you do scaling now and improve daily oral hygiene your teeth and gums can return to a healthy state and the problem will not progress further
