How can I remove stains and hardened coating from my teeth? - #48847

One of my bottom front teeth has Stains on the back now coming to the front of the teeth Seems to be permanent hard coating on the tooth maybe tartar Enamel erosion or coverup by tartar? Please advise natural remedy to restore colour and remove this hardened coating which seems part of the tooth

Lower front teeth (behind) are the most common place for tartar buildup
Once formed, brushing alone cannot remove it
It can trap stains → making teeth look darker over time
Mild sensitivity can occur due to gum irritation underneath
Ayurveda can help soften deposits, reduce further buildup, improve colour slightly, and protect enamel — especially if the tartar is still early.
Ayurvedic Prescription
1. Pratisarana (tooth massage)
Triphala churna + fine rock salt (2:1)
Dose: ¼ tsp, gently rub on affected tooth
Time: Once daily, morning
2. Gandusha (oil pulling)
Sesame oil
Dose: 1 tbsp
Time: 5–10 min daily before brushing
3. Brushing
Herbal tooth powder (Neem / Babool / Triphala)
Time: Twice daily
4. Internal
Triphala churna
Dose: ½ tsp with warm water
Time: Night
⏳ Duration: 3–4 weeks
⚠️ Hardened tartar may not fully remove without scaling.
