Advice on Oral Care Routine and Meditation Timing - #47574

Namaste Doctor. My lower teeth gums are receding slightly . I started oil pulling as my first thing in the routine & then brushing. But in brahma muhurta , time is mostly going to these things . I am planning to meditate in Brahma muhurt . Can I shift this oil pulling after my meditation? And after oil pulling , is it mandatory to brush teeth again since I do after waking or rinsing with warm water can be enough? Routine change : wakeup - brushing- meditation 1 hr - warm water- bowel evacuation- bath - puja - oil pulling. Plz suggest
