Thank you for sharing your concern c Based on what you have described the increase in bleeding and pain over the last few weeks along with frequent constipation indicates that the piles have become active again and are currently inflamed .This is a functional worsening rather than a sudden new disease.

ABC juice and raw carrot though generally considered healthy can aggravate piles in people with a history of this condition .Raw juices increase dryness and roughness in the bowel while oats and raw carrot can increase stool bulk without adequate lubrication. When digestion is not strong this combination often leads to hard stools straining and irritation of the anal region which explains the bleeding and pain you are experiencing

Constipation is the main factor here .When stools are hard dry or difficult to pass pressure increases on the swollen veins leading to pain bleeding and delayed healing Even if there is no obvious trigger changes in food texture timing and digestion can restart symptoms

At this stage raw juices should be stopped temporarily Food should be warm soft freshly cooked and easy to digest Breakfast can be porridge soft rice or cooked vegetables rather than raw items, fats such as ghee help soften stools and reduce friction

Water intake should be regular through the day,Cold drinks and irregular hydration worsen constipation

Avoid delaying bowel urges Straining and prolonged sitting in the toilet , Sitting for long hours without movement will also worsen pressure in the rectal area.

Local care is important, cleansing with warm water after bowel movement and avoid dry wiping will reduce irritation. Sit in warm water for a short duration daily helps reduce pain and swelling

Herbal digestive support that improves stool softness and bowel regularity should be used consistently rather than strong laxatives The aim is smooth painless bowel movement once daily without strain

Spicy fried sour and very dry foods should be avoided during this healing phase Alcohol and excessive tea or coffee worsen bleeding

Pain and bleeding usually reduce once constipation is corrected and local irritation settles Improvement is often noticed within one to two weeks with proper care

If bleeding continues or increases despite correcting diet and bowel habits further evaluation is advised to rule out complications

This condition is manageable and reversible with proper food correction bowel regulation and gentle care Consistency is more important than aggressive treatment

THE WORSENING OF BLEEDING AND PAIN IS STRONGLY LINKED TO THE RECENT DIET CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE ESPECIALLY THE DAILY USE OF ABC JUICE AND DRY BREAKFAST PATTERN

WITH HISTORY OF PILES WHICH MEANS THE VEINS IN THE RECTAL AREA ARE SENSITIVE AND PRONE TO REINJURY WHENEVER STOOLS BECOME HARD DRY OR WHEN STRAINING INCREASES ABC JUICE IS RAW COLD AND DRY IN EFFECT AND WHEN TAKEN REGULARLY ON AN EMPTY STOMACH IT HAS INCREASED DRYNESS IN YOUR INTESTINES THIS HAS DIRECTLY LED TO CONSTIPATION AND STRAINING DURING MOTION WHICH HAS TRIGGERED ACTIVE BLEEDING AND PAIN AGAIN EVEN THOUGH YOUR CONDITION WAS PREVIOUSLY STABLE

BREAKFAST OF ONLY CARROT AND OATS IS ALSO CONTRIBUTING BECAUSE IT LACKS NATURAL LUBRICATION AND WARMTH REQUIRED FOR EASY BOWEL MOVEMENT OVER TIME THIS TYPE OF DRY FOOD PATTERN DAMAGES THE HEALING OF PILES AND PREVENTS THE WOUNDS FROM SETTLING

THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS TO STOP ABC JUICE COMPLETELY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND NOT RESTART IT UNTIL YOUR BLEEDING AND PAIN HAVE FULLY RESOLVED YOU SHOULD ALSO AVOID RAW VEGETABLES RAW JUICES SALADS OATS AND DRY FOODS FOR NOW

YOUR DIET SHOULD SHIFT TO SOFT WARM AND COOKED FOODS THAT SUPPORT HEALING AND SMOOTH STOOLS START YOUR DAY WITH WARM WATER BREAKFAST SHOULD BE COOKED SUCH AS RICE PORRIDGE VEGETABLE PORRIDGE SOFT IDLI OR WELL COOKED DALIYA ADD ONE TEASPOON OF GHEE DAILY TO LUNCH AND DINNER INCLUDE COOKED VEGETABLES LIKE BOTTLE GOURD RIDGE GOURD PUMPKIN AND TAKE RIPE PAPAYA OR STEWED APPLE INSTEAD OF RAW FRUITS

ABHAYARISHTA 20 ML WITH EQUAL WATER AT NIGHT AFTER FOOD TRIPHALA POWDER HALF TEASPOON WITH WARM WATER AT BEDTIME NAGKESAR POWDER 250 MG TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD GANDHAK RASAYAN 1 TABLET TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD

TAKE WARM WATER SITZ BATH FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES TWICE DAILY DO NOT STRAIN DURING MOTION DO NOT SIT FOR LONG ON THE TOILET

MAINTAIN A REGULAR BOWEL ROUTINE WALK DAILY FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES SIP WARM WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY

IF BLEEDING DOES NOT REDUCE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OR IF PAIN INCREASES YOU SHOULD GET A LOCAL EXAMINATION DONE TO RULE OUT FISSURE OR COMPLICATED PILES

Hello I get why you’re worried. When piles act up with bleeding and pain, especially after changing your diet, it’s really tough. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊

Okay, so your symptoms sound like piles, or Arsha as we say in Ayurveda. –Vata imbalance: that’s the constipation and pain you’re feeling. – Pitta imbalance: that’s the bleeding and burning.

ABOUT ABC JUICE

Now, about that ABC juice (Apple-Beetroot-Carrot). It’s usually seen as healthy, but for piles, a lot of the time it’s actually not good, especially when you’re bleeding.

Is Your ABC Juice Making Your Piles Worse?

Yeah, probably. Here’s why: –Beetroot and carrot can be heavy and heat-producing. –ABC juice itself is raw, cold, and has a lot of fiber. This can: * Increase Pitta, which makes you bleed more. * Worsen Vata, leading to hard stools and pain. * Raw juices can also make constipation worse if your digestion is sensitive.

Since you had piles before, it’s very likely the ABC juice stirred things up, causing the bleeding and pain you’re feeling now.

STOP These Things Right Away:

* ABC juice * Raw carrot juice * Oats, if they make your stools dry or hard * Spicy, fried, or junk food * Tea, coffee, alcohol

Here’s What You SHOULD Do Now (Step-by-Step):

✅INCLUDE (This is the most important part!)

For breakfast, pick just one of these:

* Warm moong dal cheela * Daliya (broken wheat) porridge * Cooked apple or stewed pear * Idli (skip the chutney for now)

Every day, make sure you have:

* Warm water all day long * 1 to 2 teaspoons of cow ghee with your food * Well-cooked veggies like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, or pumpkin

AYURVEDIC MEDICINES (They’re safe and work well)

1. Abhayarishta: 20 ml with the same amount of warm water, after dinner. This helps soften stools and lets your piles heal.

2. Nagkesar Churna: Half a teaspoon with honey, twice a day after meals. This helps stop the bleeding.

3. Triphala Churna: Half a teaspoon with warm water before bed. This helps prevent constipation (it’s a gentle laxative).

EXTERNAL. CARE Jatyadi Taila or Pilex ointment. Put it on the area at night after washing. This reduces pain and helps with healing.

OTHER HELPFUL THINGS:

–Sitz bath: Sit in warm water for 10-15 minutes, once a day. –Don’t strain when you’re going to the bathroom. –Don’t sit on the toilet for too long.

How Long Until You Feel Better?

* Bleeding: should get better in 5-7 days. * Pain: you’ll feel relief in 3-5 days. * Totally under control: 2-4 weeks (if you stick to the diet strictly).

ABC juice is okay for some people, but it’s not good when you have active piles, especially if you’re bleeding. Once your piles are totally sorted, we can talk about other safe options later.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

1.Arshoghan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Kankayan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Abhyarishta 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 4.Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime ***Takra (buttermilk therapy) – Buttermilk with mild spices like cumin is traditionally recommended for piles.

Diet & Lifestyle Tips High-fiber diet: Whole grains, cooked vegetables, ripe bananas, papaya, figs, soaked raisins.

Avoid triggers: Spicy, oily, fried foods, red meat, alcohol, and excess caffeine.

Hydration: Drink plenty of warm water and herbal teas (coriander, cumin, fennel).

Regular meals: Avoid overeating and irregular eating patterns.

Avoid straining: Do not sit long on the toilet; use a stool softener if needed.

Sitz bath: Warm water sitz baths can soothe discomfort and reduce bleeding.

Exercise: Gentle walking or yoga improves circulation and digestion.

See i will be very blunt here for piles surgery is the only option you should keep in your mind because medicines will take care of symptoms for some time but again it will trigger. Sugery is also very non invasive only 1 week rest and you are good to go. So dont delay.
