Take ½ to 1 teaspoon ghee with a pinch (¼ tsp) turmeric once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at night. Slightly warm the ghee (lukewarm, not hot), mix turmeric and a pinch of black pepper, and consume directly or with warm water/milk.
