I am really struggling with these annoying black circles under my eyes! They seem to have appeared outta nowhere. I mean, a few weeks ago they were kinda faint but now its like they have their own zipcode! I thought maybe it was from not sleeping well, but I've tried everything, like adjusting my sleep but it still persists. You know, I even cut back on my caffeine and started drinking more water thinking that might help. Last week, I did some online research and found tons of different ideas like applying potato slices or tea bags but they didn’t work for me!! I talked to a friend who swears by some fancy cream, but honestly, it’s a bit pricey and I don’t wanna waste money if it doesn’t work. I also thought about maybe what I eat? I’ve read somewhere about certain foods making dark circles worse, maybe I need an Ayurvedic approach here? Any tips on how to remove black circles under eyes naturally? Do you think it has something to do with stress or something else? I'm really eager to find something that works without breaking the bank or having to run to the dermatologist.
