I am really struggling with something and I need some advice from you guys. For the past few months, I've noticed that my libido has gone down, and I feel like my sexual performance just isn’t what it used to be. I did some reading online and saw some stuff about how to increase penis strength, but I'm a bit confused about where to start. I guess I’m not sure if it’s just age or if there are actually things I can do. Like, a friend mentioned some herbal remedies and exercises—like Kegel or something—but I don't really know which ones are safe or if they even work. I feel kinda embarrassed, but I don’t want to just let this slide either. Last week, I tried some over-the-counter pills, but honestly, they didn’t help. I’ve even gone as far as doing some research on how to increase penis strength through Ayurveda, and I'm curious about the natural approach. Can anyone share their experience or any tips on how to increase penis strength naturally without weird side effects?
