Focusing on your PCOD, diabetes, and hair fall, first, we should aim at addressing your digestive system, as it plays a central role in managing these conditions. In Ayurveda, diet is crucial. Opt for freshly prepared, warm meals. Include whole grains like quinoa or barley which can support metabolism and help in balancing Kapha dosha, a common factor in PCOD and diabetes. Favor cooked vegetables, especially bitter and pungent like bitter gourd and fenugreek; they are known for aiding insulin function and could assist in keeping blood sugar levels stable.

For hair fall, amalaki (Indian gooseberry) is highly beneficial. You might want to incorporate it as a juice in the morning or use amalaki powder in your diet. Nasya treatment, where a few drops of medicated oil such as Anu taila are applied to the nostrils, can help improve hair health, provided it’s performed safely and under guidance.

As for lifestyle, regular exercise like brisk walking or yoga can be immensely helpful, at least 30 minutes a day. Practices like Bhramari or Anulom-Vilom Pranayama might promote hormonal balance and relieve stress which can impact your BP and other symptoms.

Since you crave salty foods, it’s important to monitor your sodium intake due to your high BP. Opt for natural salt sources like rock salt as it’s considered less aggravating than processed ones.

Hydration also plays a part; aim for warm herbal teas such as tulsi (holy basil) or turmeric tea which can aid digestion and overall health. Ensuring regular sleep patterns could help balance your doshas, supporting stability in mood and energy levels.

Though these Ayurvedic principles can guide you, continuation with your allopathic medications and regular consultations with your healthcare provider is important, given your ongoing medical conditions.
