I am really struggling with some neck pain and stiffness, and my doctor mentioned that it might be cervical spondylosis. I didn't even know what it was at first, but after doing some research, I kinda freaked out. I mean, I’m in my late 40s, and all this stuff makes me feel old, you know? The pain gets worse when I sit at my desk too long or try to look at my phone and stuff, plus sometimes I get this weird tingling in my arms. I’ve tried some over-the-counter painkillers, but they only help a little. I heard from a friend that there are more natural ways, which led me here to this Ayurvedic forum. I really wanna avoid surgery or heavy meds, that's not what I prefer at all. I wonder how to treat cervical spondylosis using Ayurvedic methods? Like, are there specific herbs that work better?
