IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) ka prabhaav prayaas gas, bloating, aur irregular bowel movements jaise lakshano se hota hai. Vaastu, yeh digestive imbalance ke karan bhi ho sakta hai, jo aapke Agni (digestive fire) ko prabhavit karta hai. Ayurveda ke anusaar, IBS vyaadhi Pitta aur Vata dosha ke vikriti se sambandhit hota hai.

Pratham, apne aahar ko sudharna avashyak hai. Aap khush-halwa (light cooked), garam (warm), aur pachtaak (easy-to-digest) ahar le. Isse Agni ko sudhairya milta hai. Gehu aur tel ka priyog kam kijiye, aur fiber-rich bhojan jise oatmeal aur daliya shaamil karein. Vaastu, doodh vikalp roop se dahi (yogurt) ya chhaas (buttermilk) le; yeh probiotics ke uttam strota hain jo aapke gut ke liye beneficial hai.

Dusra, Vata aur Pitta ke shaman ke liye khansi-karak dravya, jaise mulethi (licorice) aur jeera (cumin) ka priyog karein. Yadi IBS ke saath acidity ki samasya ho to giloy aur chitrakadi vati ka sevan bhi aasan ho sakta hai.

Aapko dincharya me dhyaan dena hoga jisme regular vyayam aur yogasana jaise paavanmuktasana aur bhujangasana shamil ho. Yeh agni ko prajjwalit karne aur vata prakopa ko shant karne me bhi sahayak hai. Hajm ko majboot karne ke liye, trikonasana or naadi shodhana pranayama ka abhyas kiya ja sakta hai.

Tisra, stress bhi IBS ka ek bada karan ho sakta hai, isliye dhyaan (meditation) aur pranayama practice karein jo man ko shant kar sakta hai aur body ke hormonal balance ko sudhaar skta hai.
