I am really struggling with this issue and can’t help but feel a bit embarrassed sharing. For the past few months, I noticed that my stamina in bed has really taken a hit. My partner and I have always have a great connection, but lately, I feel like we just can't enjoy ourselves the way we used to. I mean, how to increase sexual time has been on my mind non-stop! Last weekend, we tried to have a romantic night, but only lasted like 10 minutes.
